This book was full of surprises and kept my interest. I would recommend it.
All of the clichés (page turner, couldn’t put it down, etc.) regarding an entertaining book apply to this latest story about a favorite couple, Nick and Cass. I had some concerns along the way and offered advice as I read. Alretha Thomas has again brought us an amazing story full of “real” characters, with just the right amount of drama and suspense. All leading to my eagerly awaiting the next chapter. This was a great read indeed!
Nice story. It's very entertaining. Some of th behaviors of the characters got on my nerves, because they were to unrealistic or exaggerated. But in all it's a good read. Definitely will read the next book in the series.
All I can say is WOW!!! Another great book by Alretha Thomas!!!! I am an avid reader and I highly recommend this book to all readers. It doesn't matter what genre you like because this book will hold your attention and you'll fall in love with the characters. I loved all the characters, the storyline and all their ups and downs they go through as people living life. 5 Star Book and I'll be on the look out for more books from Alretha Thomas!!!!
T h e heart wants w h at t h e heart wants, when it wants it. We have to be very careful of the people we trust with our hearts. Hearts can be easily broken when trust is broken. The truth will set you free, but can also end your due. This story had it all. Can't wait for the final in this series.
One Harte, Two Loves does not disappoint!!! I was excited to learn that the 3rd book in the Cass & Nick Series was out. It was a great read and from the first page until the last you will be thrilled with the actions of these characters. As the couple begings their life's journey with their new baby, there are twists and turns to keep you interested. Nick's choices are a challenge and you will ask yourself, did he make the rignt choice? Cass is a new mother and you will be surprised at her actions regarding the choices that Nick makes. There are many shocking scenes and I am sure that you will enjoy this book. It is a very easy read.
Thomas does it again as she shares her ability to make her characters so real. You Go Girl, I loved it!!!!
If you haven't read Married in the Nick of Nine and The Baby in The Window, I would purchase these two today along with One Harte, Two Loves.

When it’s not just difficult, but virtually impossible, to put a book down or stop turning page after page then that is sure-fire evidence of the author’s mastery to tell an awesome tale. Alretha Thomas is a master story- teller and character developer. In One Harte, Two Loves, we come to know the dashing Nick with all of his delusions and flaws, Cass harboring her many insecurities, Cyn, even in friendship, almost suffocating the air with her distrust and cynicism, and of course, Geneva, the personification of lies and deception. These characters set up the perfect formula for heart-stopping chaos that doesn’t release the reader until the last page is turned and the final word is printed.
We review Nick’s past and the lies he has told that cause Cass’ distrust. Thomas creates the perfect situations that set traps we wonder if Nick can escape or, if not, Cass can forgive. Behind every door, every word in our omniscient point of view, we gasp in fear of Nick’s fall, and we wonder with anticipation if this battle worn couple will ever realize together that there is nothing more valuable…nothing more lasting…nothing more solidifying than honesty.
